Vikri Srijan is led by Rinki Kumari, an artist and entrepreneur with a strong background in art, design, and training.
Working closely with local communities, she identified a critical gap—skilled artisans, especially women, lacked access to consistent work and market opportunities. Vikri Srijan was created to bridge this gap, transforming traditional craftsmanship into sustainable livelihoods.
Vikri Srijan combines traditional craftsmanship with structured design, quality control, and scalable production—making handcrafted products reliable for modern retail and global markets.
Today, we work with 100+ artisans, primarily women, producing jute-based handcrafted products including bouquets, home décor, and customized gifting solutions. Our capabilities include design development, customization, and bulk production for retail and corporate clients.
